January 4, 2026

Washington Huskies head coach Jedd Fisch has landed his first transfer commitment of the 2026 offseason, adding star wide receiver from Hawaii to the program. The move marks the beginning of Fisch’s efforts to reshape the Huskies’ offense through the NCAA transfer portal.

Jackson Harris, formerly of the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, recorded 49 receptions for 963 yards and 12 touchdowns over 10 games last season. At 6-foot-3 and 205 pounds, Harris brings size, skill, and playmaking ability that is expected to make an immediate impact in Washington’s passing attack.

Harris will join the Huskies as a redshirt junior, having started his collegiate career at Stanford before transferring to Hawaii for more playing time. His performance in Hawaii ranked among the best in the Mountain West Conference and positioned him as one of the top wide receiver prospects in the transfer portal.

Fisch and his staff have emphasized adding experienced players who can contribute immediately, and Harris’ commitment underscores that approach. The addition of a proven playmaker gives the Huskies’ offense a boost as they prepare to compete at a high level in 2026.

As the transfer portal remains active, Washington is expected to continue pursuing impactful players to strengthen both the offense and overall roster. With Harris now on board, Jedd Fisch has set the tone for an aggressive offseason aimed at building a competitive, dynamic team.
