Missouri has added a key piece to its 2026 recruiting class with the commitment of three-star defensive lineman Jocques Felix from Cardinal Ritter High School in St. Louis. Felix, who had previously been committed to Iowa State, has decided to flip his pledge and join the Tigers.
Felix, a standout on the defensive line, drew offers from power-conference programs including Iowa State, Kansas State, and Michigan State. He capped off a successful senior season at Cardinal Ritter, earning St. Louis Post-Dispatch All-Metro honors for his dominant play on the field.

With his commitment, Felix becomes the 20th member of Missouri’s 2026 recruiting class, providing the Tigers with size, strength, and athleticism along the defensive front. Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz and his staff have emphasized building depth and talent through both the transfer portal and high school recruiting, and Felix fits that strategy perfectly.
Felix’s arrival gives Mizzou an exciting young defensive prospect who can contribute to the Tigers’ rotation on the defensive line while adding future leadership potential to the program.
