JUST-IN: UW Huskies Add Mill Valley Standout to Roster as Preferred Walk-On

Washington has officially added offensive standout from Mill Valley High School to its roster as a preferred walk-on under head coach Jedd Fisch. The 6-foot, 175-pound athlete brings versatility and playmaking ability to the Huskies’ offense.

 Blake Jay spent most of his senior season at quarterback, completing 55 of 104 passes for 862 yards and eight touchdowns. He also rushed for 1,531 yards and 24 touchdowns, showcasing the dynamic skill set that makes him a promising addition to Washington’s program.

Though he primarily played quarterback in high school, Jay will be listed as an athlete at UW, giving the coaching staff flexibility to use him at multiple offensive positions. His speed, agility, and versatility provide depth and options for the Huskies’ offense as they prepare for the 2026 season.
