Missouri State football has filled a critical gap in its off-field operations with the addition of Sloane Snyder to the Bears’ directorial staff, announced by new head coach Casey Woods.
Snyder, a native of Frisco, Texas, brings five years of college football operations experience to the program and will oversee daily logistics, travel coordination, and other essential administrative duties that keep the team running smoothly.
“Sloane will be an integral part of our operations and external relations,” Woods said. “Her work ethic and forward-thinking approach make her one of the best hires we’ve made. She’ll help accelerate our program’s growth in today’s fast-moving college football environment. We welcome her to the Bears family—It takes all of us. Join the climb. Go Bears!”
Snyder’s resume includes two seasons as a football operations graduate assistant at the University of Missouri, managing team scheduling, game-day communication, law enforcement logistics, and community service programs. She also served as a football operations intern at Missouri in 2022–23 and as a player personnel intern in 2021–22, assisting with recruiting, film breakdown, official visits, and hospitality.
Beyond football, Snyder has gained experience in professional sports operations, including internships with NASCAR WWTR and at the NFL Draft in Kansas City. She has also coached youth basketball through the Texas Legends summer camp and Reedy High School.
Snyder earned her undergraduate degree in Parks, Recreation, Sport, and Tourism from Missouri in 2024 and is set to complete her MBA this spring. Her hire is pending approval from the Missouri State University Board of Governors.
With Snyder joining the staff, Missouri State fills a key void in its directorial team, ensuring the Bears are better equipped for both on-field performance and off-field operations heading into the next season.
