BREAKING:Eli Drinkwitz isn’t done yet. Missouri added two more transfer pieces to its roster, reinforcements the program believes can contribute right away as the Tigers look ahead to the 2026 season

Missouri’s transfer portal surge continued Wednesday, as the Tigers added two more players to a rapidly growing class that is beginning to take shape after a quiet start.

According to Hawes Fawcett, Missouri has secured a commitment from Auburn cornerback Kensley Louidor-Faustin. The 5-foot-11, 183-pound defensive back recorded 20 tackles, one interception, one sack and three tackles for loss during the 2025 season with the Tigers.

Hours later, Mississippi State offensive lineman Luke Work announced on social media that he is also headed to Columbia. Work made 10 starts across his first two seasons with the Bulldogs, providing Missouri with much-needed experience up front.

The additions give Mizzou eight new transfers over the past three days, a flurry that has addressed several pressing roster needs.
Louidor-Faustin has primarily worked out of the slot, a role that could translate immediately after Missouri lost starter Daylen Carnell. A former three-star prospect, Louidor-Faustin was originally offered by Missouri out of high school and now reunites with former Auburn teammate Robert Woodyard Jr. in Columbia.

On offense, Work becomes Missouri’s first offensive line commitment of the current portal cycle. His versatility stands out, with starting experience at both tackle spots and guard. That flexibility is valuable for a unit that has been heavily depleted, with eight linemen departing through graduation or the transfer portal. Outside of standout tackle Cayden Green, depth has been a major concern—one Work is positioned to help stabilize.

Head coach Eli Drinkwitz has made quick progress in shoring up key areas. According to 247Sports’ transfer team rankings, Missouri now sits at No. 20 nationally, a reflection of a productive week that has reshaped the Tigers’ outlook heading into the offseason.
