St. Louis Three-Star Defensive Lineman Commits to Mizzou’s 2026 Recruiting Class

The Missouri Tigers have added another in-state piece to their future roster, as three-star defensive lineman Jocques Felix from St. Louis has officially committed to Mizzou as part of the 2026 recruiting class.

Felix is a standout at Cardinal Ritter College Prep, where he has developed into one of the more physical defensive line prospects in the region. His strong performances at the high school level helped him earn national recruiting attention and a three-star rating from major scouting services.

Originally committed to Iowa State, Felix reopened his recruitment late in the process. An official visit to Columbia played a key role in his decision, giving him a closer look at Missouri’s facilities, coaching staff, and long-term vision for the program.

Missouri head coach Eli Drinkwitz and his staff were particularly impressed with Felix’s quickness and speed for an interior defensive lineman. His athletic traits stood out during evaluations, reinforcing the staff’s belief in his upside at the college level.

At 6-foot-3 and 275 pounds, Felix projects as a developmental defensive tackle who can add strength and polish over time. His size and motor give Missouri another option to build depth along the defensive front as the Tigers prepare for future SEC battles.

Felix’s commitment continues Missouri’s emphasis on locking down top in-state talent and strengthens the foundation of the 2026 class. As recruiting momentum builds, the Tigers are positioning themselves to maintain long-term competitiveness in the SEC.
