The Kansas City Chiefs agreed to send him to the Los Angeles Rams in a massive deal that brought significant draft capital in return.
According to reports from Ian Rapoport, the Chiefs received the Rams’ No. 29 first-round pick along with a fifth-round pick, a sixth-round selection, and a third-round pick in the following year’s draft. The trade sent shockwaves across the league.
