Little Rock Christian Academy forward JJ Andrews committed to Arkansas on Thursday evening, choosing the Razorbacks over LSU and Missouri. Ranked No. 42 overall in the 2026 recruiting class, Andrews is the third recruit offered by Missouri to pass on the program, according to 247Sports.
Andrews joins Overtime Elite forward Moustapha Diop and John Burroughs forward Sheek Pearson, both of whom declined Missouri offers—Diop committed to Georgia Tech, while Pearson chose Marquette.
Despite missing out on Andrews, Missouri still has official visits lined up with five-star forward Toni Bryant on September 6 and four-star forward Aidan Chronister on September 20.

Meanwhile, Missouri assistant coach Steve Wright has already started making waves, securing a scholarship offer for Christian Community forward Malachi Jordan.
Jordan, a 6-foot-5 prospect from White House, Tennessee and currently the No. 18 overall recruit in the 2027 class, announced the offer on social media following a positive conversation with Wright.
Jordan is the seventh player Missouri has offered in the 2027 class and has also attracted interest from programs like Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Texas Tech, Arizona State, and Tennessee State.
He joins a group of highly regarded prospects including guards Nasir Anderson, Chase Branham, Dooney Johnson, Scottie Adkinson, Jimmy McKinney III, and forward Jaylan Mitchell.
