After spending seven seasons, including a Stanley Cup victory, with the Las Vegas Golden Knights, center Jonathan Marchessault has made a move to the Nashville Predators, signing a lucrative five-year, $27.5 million contract. With this transition, Marchessault has decided to put his impressive Las Vegas mansion on the market.

The five-bedroom, 5,586-square-foot home is currently listed for $5,200,000. Marchessault originally purchased the property for $2,150,000 in 2021. Built in 2003, the two-story contemporary residence has undergone extensive remodeling and is situated in the exclusive Canyon Fairways community within Summerlin. Residents benefit from amenities such as access to golf courses, basketball courts, parks, playgrounds, and 24/7 security, all covered by a monthly homeowners association fee of $580.

The high-end home boasts striking double glass front doors, a dramatic staircase, and a spacious great room with a high ceiling. The neutral color palette enhances the natural light streaming in from the expansive glass doors and windows.

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinets, a pantry, and an island. A curvaceous peninsula seats six, complemented by a cozy breakfast nook with banquette seating and a bay window.

The primary suite includes an entertainment center, a reading nook, walk-in closets, and a private balcony with a view of the backyard. The primary bath offers a soaking tub, a double-size shower, and a makeup station, providing a luxurious retreat.
