Missouri State quarterback Jacob Clark announced on Saturday, April 25, that he will be joining the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent following the NFL Draft.
A native of Rockwall, Texas, Clark spent four seasons with the Bears, appearing in 28 games and rewriting the program’s record book in multiple categories. He set Missouri State career records for touchdown passes (64), completion percentage (.673), 200-yard passing games (23), and pass efficiency (164.34), while also finishing second all-time in completions (584), passing yards (7,936), and total offense (7,912).
Clark expressed excitement about the opportunity, saying he and his family are thrilled for the next step and that he is ready to continue working and competing at the professional level.
In his senior season, Clark started 12 games in 2025 and earned All-Conference USA honorable mention honors after completing 247 of 376 passes for 3,244 yards, 28 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions. He averaged 270.3 passing yards per game and led the conference in pass efficiency while ranking near the top in several offensive categories, including total offense.
He also delivered several standout performances, including leading Missouri State to its first-ever FBS victory at Marshall and earning multiple weekly honors such as Conference USA Offensive Player of the Week and national recognition from the Manning Award and other awards committees. His late-game heroics in key wins and a strong showing in postseason all-star play further boosted his profile heading into the professional ranks.

Across all FBS quarterbacks in 2025, Clark ranked among the national leaders in passing touchdowns, efficiency, and yardage, cementing his place as one of the most productive signal-callers in the country.
Meanwhile, the Las Vegas Raiders, who concluded the 2026 NFL Draft with 10 selections including quarterback Fernando Mendoza in the first round, are expected to finalize their undrafted free agent signings in the days following the draft.
In related news, Missouri State cornerback Jordan Dunbar also secured an NFL opportunity, signing with the Buffalo Bills after a strong 2025 season in which he recorded 21 tackles, 11 pass breakups, and two interceptions.
