The Missouri Tigers strengthened their roster on Thursday with the addition of standout transfer guard Jordan Crawford, an All-Summit League honoree from South Dakota.

Crawford earned All-Summit League Second Team honors during the 2025–26 season after leading South Dakota with 461 total points as a junior, averaging 14.4 points per game.

He also proved to be a major perimeter threat, knocking down a team-high 77 three-pointers while shooting 36.8 percent from deep and ranking among the conference’s top shooters.

Head coach Dennis Gates praised the addition, noting that Crawford brings valuable shooting ability, leadership, and experience to a roster looking to improve spacing and offensive versatility.

Crawford finished his junior year strong, averaging 18.0 points over his final 15 games while hitting 51 threes at an impressive 42.5 percent clip, ranking among the nation’s most efficient long-range shooters during that stretch.

Before arriving at Missouri, the 6-foot-3 guard from Charlotte also spent time at the College of Charleston and Eastern Kentucky, and he now joins a reloaded Tigers squad that continues to build on recent NCAA Tournament appearances and strong SEC performances.
